What happens if I exceed my traffic limit?

If you exceed your traffic limit, you can continue to add data to your service. Additional data usage will be charged according to the rate specified in your plan.

Can I share my account with my team?

Yes, all our plans allow you to share your account with multiple users. The Starter plan supports 2 users, the Plus plan supports 4 users, and the Pro plan supports 6 users.

What are ‘Unlimited API Requests’?

This means you can make as many API requests as needed without any additional charges. Your only limitation is the traffic limit of your plan.

What is Geo-Targeting and which regions are supported?

Geo-targeting allows you to scrape data as if you are located in a specific region. We currently support targeting in the US and EU region for Starter Plan, and all geo-locations in other higher-tier plans.
